Become a certified Experiential Facilitator in the Amplified Mindfulness Practice

Are you ready to change lives?

We live an age of acute stress—and instant gratification. So many people are looking to feel good fast in a healthy, productive way. An AMP session given by a certified Experiential Facilitator generates transformative feelings of peace, relaxation, and well-being—in the moment. AMP participants remark on the immediate reduction in stress they experience during a session. What’s more, some report they still feel amazing several days later.

One of the most beautiful things in the world is to create a space where people can take respite from the pressure of their daily lives.

The AMP Experiential Facilitator training will teach you exactly how to facilitate each of the three parts of AMP. While crafting a session is a complex and layered process, you’ll learn every step from beginning to end. Your training will teach you how to show up with grace and ease, and your mentor will provide you with long-term, ongoing support.

All you need to get started is two lined-paper notebooks and the ability to join a Zoom call. The training consists of seven one-hour sessions, with approximately three hours of homework per week. That’s twenty hours of experience with supporting notes to get your certification.
